Yankee Go Home! 🇻🇪

We are excited to announce our first screening of the year in collaboration with Unite Hospitality Glasgow. The event will be held in anti-imperialist solidarity with Venezuela in opposition to US exploitation and attack!

Join us on Sunday, February 8th at the Stand (G4 9HZ). Doors open at 3pm and a warm (vegan & gluten-free) meal will be served. Alongside guest speakers from the Venezuela Solidarity Campaign, we will give a presentation on the current situation in Venezuela, the people’s communes and how to implement working-class power in Glasgow and beyond. Following that, we will watch a short and a feature film, finishing the afternoon with a discussion and space to socialise after.

The event will raise funds for comrades on the ground involved in constructing independent working class power and resilience. As such, we recommend donations upon entry or when reserving your ticket. As always, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
