Falastin Film Festival came to Glasgow for the very first time in May 2025! Rooted in resistance and community, FFF25 celebrates Palestinian stories, cinema, culture, and sumud — from the river to the sea. We collaborated on the Glasgow edition of the festival with the wonderful FFF team, bringing two days of screenings, Q&As, workshops and music to the CCA. During the festival, a petition was initiated by Art Workers for Palestine Scotland, workers at CCA, Falastin Film Fest and Solidarity Screenings. We call on CCA to explicitly and proudly heed the call of Palestinians by implementing a BDS policy and endorsing PACBI, the cultural boycott of Israel.
